Application scope

It is applicable to aeration tanks, anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks in the MBBR process of sewage treatment where different proportions of fillers are added, as well as various biological tanks and sludge tanks without fillers, where suspended solids need to be pushed for flow, stirred and mixed.
Operating conditions
The packing fluidization propeller should be able to operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
The maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 40°C.
The PH value of the medium is between 5 and 9.
The density of the liquid does not exceed 1150kg/m ³.
The optimal flow rate should be maintained between 0.25 and 0.30m/s.
It operates underwater for a long time, and the diving depth is generally no more than 10 meters.
Note: The equipment should operate entirely underwater and must not be used in flammable, explosive environments or in environments with strongly corrosive liquids.
Precautions
The installation of packing fluidization propellers should be avoided in the following places:
There are obstacles, solid objects and fibrous substances in front of the submersible propeller.
Places where the external water flow is unbalanced;
Places where water level changes exceed the safe working range of the thruster;
The water flow of the submersible propeller is not smooth due to the design problem of the water storage pool.
This is a prerequisite for the continuous operation of the packing fluidization propeller.

Structure and Function
Specially designed components can enable the packing fluidization propeller to achieve the best performance.
Junction box
The junction box is completely sealed and isolated from the surrounding liquid and the motor part. The stator of the motor is cooled by the surrounding liquid.
"Motor"
The insulation class of the submersible motor winding is F class, and the protection class is IP68.
Deceleration device
It is built into the casing cylinder and uses a high-efficiency planetary helical gear reducer for transmission, featuring high transmission efficiency to reduce the output speed.
Oil chamber
Lubricate and cool the shaft seal device, and also play a role in water isolation and cooling of the reducer.
Shaft seal
There are two mechanical seal sealing devices, with materials: one silicon carbide-fluororubber and one silicon carbide-nitrile rubber.
Impeller
The impeller is of stainless steel propeller type. The blades are in a wide three-blade form. The thickened arc-shaped outer edge of the blades can effectively prevent the packing from being damaged due to the impact and cutting of the blades on the packing. The blades are designed in a swept-back style and have self-cleaning function. The hub and the shaft transmit torque through keys, making it easy to disassemble and replace during maintenance.
"Casing"
The integral cylindrical stainless steel casing can minimize the wear of the packing on the casing and has good anti-corrosion performance.
When transporting and storing the packing fluidization propeller, it should be placed horizontally or vertically. Make sure the mixer does not roll or tip over.
When lifting the packing fluidization propeller, only lifting equipment such as steel ropes must be used. It is not allowed to use motor cables for lifting.
When storing the thruster for a long time, it is essential to avoid damp and high-temperature environments.
Rotate the impeller by hand from time to time to prevent the sealing rings from sticking together. If the storage time of the packing fluidization mixer exceeds six months, the packing fluidization mixer must be forcibly rotated.
The packing fluidization propeller must be inspected before use after being stored for a long time. Special attention should be paid to the sealing gasket and the cable entry.
After the packing fluidization propeller is installed, it should not be left submerged in water for a long time without operation. It is recommended to run it for at least 4 hours every two weeks to check its functionality and adaptability, or lift it up and store it in a dry place for future use.
